- The X9 uses the AK4499EX + AK4191EQ DAC chipset with the XMOS 316 processor, delivering fast data processing, low distortion, and highly detailed sound. Supports DSD512 Native, PCM 768kHz/32bit, and DoP64 / 192kHz optical & coaxial. An OPA1612-stabilized DAC reference ensures accuracy, achieving THD+N –120dB.
- Equipped with an ultra-low-noise linear power supply with only 40nV ripple and a star-shaped voltage distribution circuit that separates digital and analog power paths. Premium components including gold-plated connectors and OCC silver-plated wiring help maintain exceptional clarity, resolution, and dynamic performance.
- The entire signal chain is fully balanced, from DAC decoding to IV conversion and LPF filtering. The R2R volume control system includes 20 Omron micro relays and 88 precision metal-film resistors, delivering up to 1024 ultra-fine steps for smooth volume transitions and 0.1dB left–right channel balance. Functions as a reference-grade DAC, headphone amplifier, and preamplifier with accurate imaging and an immersive listening experience.
- The X9 introduces HP-EQ, a hardware-level headphone equalization system that adjusts in real time based on each headphone’s frequency response to achieve a Harman-aligned sound signature. It supports creating and sharing custom EQ profiles, backed by a database of 2500+ headphone models. Features include automatic impedance detection with intelligent gain recommendation, digital crossfeed for natural speaker-like presentation, and adjustable soundstage, all processed digitally with zero added distortion.
- Built with high-end WIMA capacitors, premium electrolytic and non-polar capacitors, and 0.1% precision resistors. The 4.0-inch 1080P touchscreen and 15° diamond-cut front panel ensure intuitive and comfortable interaction, while the CNC-machined aluminum chassis provides durability and excellent heat dissipation. Connectivity includes HDMI ARC, USB-B/USB-C, optical, coaxial, analog inputs, dual sub outputs, and a 12V trigger. Supports IR remote, wireless phone/PC control, and OTA firmware updates.
